These terms govern your access to and use of the LinkTrail platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. This is a sample document for the product demo.
1. Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it when it changes.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, or use it to send unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content through your tracking links.
3. Customer data
You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide and improve the service, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
4. Plans and billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Usage above your plan limits may incur overage charges as described on your billing page.
5. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to comply with the law.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the preceding twelve months.
